The Scotch of Tea The 2008 Liming Bafangting "Elegant Rhyme Raw Cake" (雅韻青餅) was custom-ordered by tea connoisseur Mr. Deng Guo. Nicknamed “Little Yellow Dayi,” it carries a matured smoky aroma similar to the 2005 Green Label Jinyun (綠版金韻). The smokiness integrates into the liquor, offering a rich plum-like note. The taste is well-balanced and full-bodied, with a lingering sweetness and mouth-watering effect. It is a blend made from raw materials sourced from the Bulang tea region.  This Puer is very comparable to a Scotch.
