Good white! Has strong hay notes, but I like tha in a white- not weak tasting

Outstanding evolution of flavors

This one was delicious and fun to steep and is very forgiving with steep times! I recommend not tossing the first steep as a wash. I found seven seconds for that first go to be really flavorful.
