So much going on in this cup! Starts out with hints of stone fruit and ends with that enjoyable asparagu-clean sweetness. Just delightful; one to linger over and savor.
As always, the service and product are exceptionally good. Thank you

2009 Production, Chen Yuan Hao
One of our favorite cooked pu'er teas is back. This 2009 production is made mostly from tippy, tender tea leaves and baby golden buds. The result is both smooth and gripping, with enough camphor to keep it really interesting.
Aroma: hickory nut, earth, wormwood, oak
Taste: camphor, wood, charcoal, cucumber, earth, composting leaves, dried herbs
Finish: smooth, long finish, low acidity, low tannins
