Spirit Oolong Tea

Spirit Oolong is our signature tea. We start with several high-quality Taiwanese oolongs, blend them here at J-TEA in Eugene, and roast the blend ourselves. You won’t find it anywhere else.

People call it otherworldly, a tea that can pass from one world into the next. The first sip explains why. A lot is happening in the cup, yet every element fits. Rich flavor fills the mouth, lifts the palate, and then settles into a cool, minty finish that lingers long after you swallow.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Copper gold
• Aroma: Dried red flowers, cinnamon bark, burnt sugar, and pear, with an aroma that lasts
• Flavor: Floral and pomegranate, with singed grapefruit peel and earthy notes like chard
• Finish: Creamy, with medium tannins, low acidity, and a long cooling finish
• Impression: Strong qi
