So much going on in this cup! Starts out with hints of stone fruit and ends with that enjoyable asparagu-clean sweetness. Just delightful; one to linger over and savor.
As always, the service and product are exceptionally good. Thank you

Iron Goddess of Mercy — Taiwan | Scented with Dried Osmanthus Flowers
There is a reason osmanthus has been prized in Chinese tea culture for centuries. The flowers are extraordinarily fragrant — small, golden, and potent — and when dried and blended with a well-made Tieguanyin, they don't just add a scent. They transform the cup. Osmanthus Goddess begins with a traditional Taiwanese Iron Goddess of Mercy, roasted and oxidized in the classic style: warm, deep, and grounded.
Then comes the osmanthus — dried blossoms worked into the tea, their floral fragrance softening the roast and giving the liquor a naturally creamy, almost milky texture that you have to taste to believe. The result is a tea that earns its name. Creamy and fruity, with a wildflower honey sweetness and a long, smooth finish. Low tannin, low acidity — nothing aggressive, nothing competing. Just a beautifully composed cup that opens slowly and stays with you. Traditional in character. Unforgettable in the glass.
