Outstanding evolution of flavors
This one was delicious and fun to steep and is very forgiving with steep times! I recommend not tossing the first steep as a wash. I found seven seconds for that first go to be really flavorful.

Fire Ape is the result of aging Hairy Monkey for seven years. As this tea has aged, it has become treasure. Changing from the light and delicate peach undertones to a chocolate undertone with hints of sour apple. Less delicate and more delicious.
