Green Oolong

Green oolong is where a lot of people fall in love with tea — and it's easy to see why. Lightly oxidized and sitting at the greener end of the oolong spectrum, these teas have the freshness of a green tea but without the grassiness or bitterness. What you get instead is natural sweetness, floral complexity, and a clean finish that keeps you coming back.

Elevation changes the character of green oolong noticeably. High mountain versions tend toward a deeper umami quality, while lower elevation teas lean more floral and bright. Neither is better — they're just different conversations.

These are the teas I think about when I'm not in Taiwan.
