This Red Oolong drinks remarkably close to a black tea. It is oxidized to the upper limit of what can still be classified as oolong, resulting in deep fruit tones and warming spice. What makes it especially captivating is a natural citrus note reminiscent of bergamot — similar to an Earl Grey — yet nothing has been added. The aroma and flavor are entirely due to the leaf and the craftsmanship of creating the tea.
