Delicious floral and fruity oolong

Great oolong to sip at work or at home. Color is a very nice green to yellow at 190F, on white porcelain. Taste is very floral upfront, with undertones of granny smith apple. The tea has a lingering taste of apple skins. Later steeps, you get more of the apple skin flavor The tea smells incredible. The tea itself smells a little like rice pudding. In the first steeps, the smell of my gaiwan lid was more floral and later smelling a little more vegetal. Same with aroma cup. A friend smelled the brewed leaves and said it smell very umami like. Incredible tea. Will be purchasing again!
