The way it works is very easy. You select the items that you would like to purchase and when you get to the checkout, there are three steps to complete.
First, you fill out your email address and decide if you want to login or create an account to login or if you want to check out as a guest. You can also take this opportunity and check the box to sign up for our informative tea newsletter. It is pretty informative and we like to keep it fun!
Next you will go to shipping, I know, you aren't planning on shipping, right? Because you want to do in-store pickup. Don't worry, the system needs this information anyway, for your billing information. So, go ahead and oblige and abide, by filling out the shipping information.
You have done it! You made it! Congratulations! Now you are at the magical check boxes where you can choose between “Pickup In Store,” which is free, or Flat Rate Shipping via USPS. This option is free if the amount of tea in your basket totals $88 or more. Otherwise, the shipping fee is $7.
When you select pickup in store, you will not actually have to come into the store. When we receive the order, we will contact you to find out when you would like to pick the order up. We will then have the order waiting for you ahead of your arrival on our porch with your name on it.
