Our House brew as well
Lovely aroma and taste, this has become our House Oolong as well. I look forward to my first cup in the morning even before I go to sleep the night before. All other Oolong's will be judged compared to this one.

Nose: Molasses, Cinnamon, Dried Cherries
Flavor: Chard, Fennel, Dried Flowers
Finish: Low Acid, Medium Finish, Low Tannins
