Brewed hot, this tastes similar to the type of jasmine tea that is often served at a Chinese restaurant. We've found this tea to be most enjoyable when cold-infused. For brewing we recommend cold infusing. We recommend 20g or 2/3 oz of tea per half gallon of cold water. Place in jar with lid and refrigerate for 24 hours. Strain tea and enjoy. Strained tea can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
