Nose: Roast Corn, Peach, Roast Candied Yam

Flavor: Ocra, Edamame, Soy

Finish: Long Finish, Medium Low Tannins, Medium Low Acidity

This tea has lots of appeal. Obvious smoke on the nose, but not overwhelming. Quality tea all around. Plays between something wild and refined. Brings to mind mountain peach orchards in morning dew. 

Character: Pure Nature, Super Enjoyable, Unusual
