Black Tea

Black tea is oxidized at a level of 70% or more, giving it its characteristic rich flavor and color. Despite popular belief, black tea doesn't always contain more caffeine than other teas, such as green or white tea. Taiwan is known for producing some exceptional black teas that offer a smooth, full-bodied taste.

Drinking high-quality black tea provides a source of clean energy, making it a great choice for a morning brew, whether you enjoy it with milk or on its own. Interestingly, black tea has a rich red hue rather than being truly black.
