This is a traditional oolong that the cultivar was developed by a fourth generation tea family in Taiwan. The tea was expertly grown and roasted over charcoal with generations of experience. 

Brew Method: 5g, 3 minutes, 150ml water off the boil

Color: Golden Green Brown

Nose: Wet Stones, Sweet Corn, Fresh Greens

Flavor: Pinot Noir Grapes, Caramel, Roasted Root Vegetables

Mouth Feel: Low Acidity, Low Astringency, Smooth Long Penetrating Finish
