Ah Li Shan... High Mountain Oolong. Tai He faces the Western ridge of Ah Li Shan and is considered to be in the greater Ah Li Shan designated growing areas. 

Mountain dogs are wilder and mountain chickens are tastier. Like the old song describes the people of Ah Li Shan, “The women from Ah Li Shan are as beautiful as the water and the men are as strong as the mountains.” 

Ah Li Shan is famous for breathtaking scenery, mountain trains, and high mountain tea. One small area of Taiwan produces some of the most sought after Taiwan oolong tea.
